This evening, EOTO, the live looping project featuring the String Cheese Incidents Michael Travis and Jason Hann was scheduled to perform at Los Angeles Fais Do Do. However once again due to the blizzard in Colorado (and more specifically the closing of Denver International Airport), the pair will not be able to make it to the gig, which has been cancelled. Of course Colorado fans can take heart in the fact that, as we reported earlier today, the two will gig with Steve Kimock and Jamie Janover this weekend. Looking ahead to January, the area will host a few additional gigs from SCI members. On January 12 and 13 Kyle Hollingsworth will assemble a version of his band to perform at Cervantes Masterpiece in Denver and then at Ski Jam in Steamboat Springs (with Billy Nershi’s Honkytonk Homeslice and Travis’s Zilla on the bill as well).
