Tortoise drummer John McEntire has produced the fourth studio recording by Antibalas. The disc entitled Security, is slated to hit this March. In the interterm, Amayo and a few of his bandmates in the Afrobeat Orchestra have been gigging as Amayo’s Fu-Arkist-Ra. This group will ring in the new year with a performance on December 31. DJ Concerned and G-Man are also on the bill for the show at Brooklyns Afrospot Temple.
