Members of the Soulive and Lettuce families have come together to form a new record label/promotions company/web lounge called The Soul Society. The collectives current roster includes both Soulive and Lettuce, as well as offshoot projects like The Fyre Dept, The Eric Krasno Band, The Adam Deitch Project, Neal Evans, Sam Kininger Band, and The Playonbrother Band. The Soul Society is currently working on its first label release, the Soul Society Compilation Vol. 1, featuring a number of these artists and additional players. Until the society readies an internet address more information is available on its MySpace page.
