Widespread Panic is in the news again and, this time, its not about a new guitar player. According to recent AP report, an incident took place at the groups October 13 performance at South Carolinas North Charleston Coliseum. After being asked to leave the arena, a fan reportedly physically assaulted an officer and was subdued with a Taser stun gun. While numerous fans were arrested at the concert, the incident made headlines after the fan managed to turn the officers Taser on him, before additional officers Tasered the fan three additional times. Finally the fan was detained and, later, charged with two counts of assault on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.
