As we reported yesterday, on Friday October 13 Gent Treadly guitarist Mike Jaimes died at the age of 39. Before playing guitar in Gent Treadly, Jaimes co-founded Native and served for many years as a bartender at Wetlands Preserve. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday October 17th, from 4-6pm at St. Paul’s Methodist Church, 86th Street and West End Ave, in Manhattan. Those who cannot attend but wish to send along their memories and share their grief with Jaimes family are encouraged to send an email either to [email protected] or [email protected].
