Gregg Allman currently is in the midst of the Allman Brothers Band summer tour, leg one (which continues tomorrow with the first of two shows at the Niagara Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, ON). However, Allman also is looking ahead to October, by announcing some dates with his Gregg Allman & Friends band. The group has confirmed five shows for the months end, beginning on October 25th at the Johnny Mercer Theater in Savannah, Georgia and continuing through the 29th at the House of Blues in Orlando. In addition, Allman also will join Warren Haynes for an acoustic set at Red Rocks on September 2 as part of the Govt Mule show which follows the final ABB summer performance, which will take place at the Colorado venue a day earlier.
