Adrian Belew is the latest musician to be indoctrinated into the world of the Everyone Orchestra. Belew (King Crimson, Talking Heads) will appear at Smilefest 2006 in an incarnation of the EO that also includes Jimmy Herring, Jeff Sipe, Jeff Coffin, Darol Anger, Dave McCracken (Donna the Buffalo), Tanya Shylock (Mountain of Venus) and Tye North (Leftover Salmon). Once more Matt Butler will be on hand as conductor, sharing that role with the audience. Smilefest 2006 will take place on June 2-4, 2006, at the Gorges Music Park, in Lake Toxaway, NC, with a roster of artists that features: Michael Franti & Spearhead, Yonder Mountain String Band, Keller Williams, Sam Bush, New Monsoon and the Herring-Rodgers-Sipe Project.
