While the current incarnation of the Allman Brothers Band recently blew out fourteen shows at the Beacon Theater, original guitarist Dickey Betts finaly will make his return to the venue this summer. Betts and his current Great Southern collective will appear at the Beacon on Wednesday July 26. Joining the band for that night will be Kenny Wayne Shepard, who has been announced as a support act on a number of the Great Southern summer tour dates.
