The Yonder Mountain String Band will host what is said to be the only musical event that will take place this summer at Horning’s Hideout. The Northwest String Summit will return to the North Plains, Oregon venue on August 25-27 (a bit later than last years Summit which took place on June 24-26). The festival will offer three days of music from Yonder along with numerous other artists, although additional participants will not be announced until early May (last years performers included: Leo Kottke & Mike Gordon, Keller Williams, Spirit Of Guthrie featuring Vince Herman & Rob Wasserman, Split Lip Rayfield and Larry Keel & Natural Bridge). Early-bird tickets go on sale tomorrow.
