Working from the adage that breakfast is fine anytime, were here with some belated news regarding the Connecticut-based quartet formerly known as Psychedelic Breakfast. Over the weekend the group performed two nights of three sets apiece in its home state at Branford’s Puppet House Theatre. The Breakfast announced that it would cover a classic rock album in its entirety at each of these shows, yielding The Doors Morrison Hotel and the Beatles Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band. The band will appear in Hartford at Sullys Pub on Friday (and given the fact that the band covered an album from 60s and an album from the 70s, who knows maybe theyll dig in and throw down a release from the 80s).
