Ryan Adams and the Cardinals have cancelled the remainder of their summer tour citing illness. As of yesterday Adams had six-shows scheduled through August 20 including dates in Seattle, Portland, Oakland, Los Angeles and San Diego. Adams, who has had a busy year of touring and recording, is still expected to perform with Phil Lesh this fall, including a confirmed appearance at Vegoose. Adams will also release his next album with the Cardinals, Jacksonville City Nights, and last solo album 29 later this year.
