Continuing what is now a nightly trend, String Cheese Incident closed out its performance in Rochester, NY yesterday by inviting a handful of the days talent onstage for a series of covers. On both Bob Marleys Bend Down Low and A.G. Carter and Jimmy Ibbotsons Will the Circle Be Unbroken, Keller Williams, Spearheads Roberto Quintana and Umphreys McGees Brendan Bayliss, Jake Cinninger, Joel Cummins and Kris Myers joined the Incident onstage for an extended power jam. A bit earlier in the afternoon, additional theatrics also ensued during Umphreys McGees set. During Kabump Cinninger experienced equipment problems launching the group into an extended free-form jam. Michael Kang also sat in with his old friend Keller Williams during the one-man bands Love Bazaar. The BIG Summer Classic continues tomorrow night at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, NY.
