Phish has announced that its next batch of archival live releases will be the four shows that constituted the 1998 Island Tour. These performances took place at Nassau Coliseum (April 2,3) and the Providence Civic Center (April 4,5). To commemorate this, Phish Archivist Kevin Shapiro will be on hand to DJ a CD release event at New York Citys Canal Room on July 19. The night will feature music and video from four shows as well as additional audio-visual stimulation from the archives. The event is 21+, with tickets now on sale.
