Dark Star Orchestra will hit the road in July with Cubensis keyboardist Tom Ryan filling in for the late Scott Larned (Rob Barraco recently served in this role for a series of May and June dates). On July 12 and 13 DSO will perform at Chicagos Martyrs’ with a portion of ticket sales set to benefit Larners daughter Georgianna. In addition, a silent auction will be held before each of the shows with proceeds similarly directed to his daughter, featuring musical instruments, selections from Larned’s extensive CD collection as well as his poster collection.
