The current Mimi Fishman Foundation charity auction is underway. The principal beneficiaries include Rock the Earth, Conscious Alliance and the Foundation itself for its range of charitable endeavors. At present the big ticket item is the first guitar purchased by Mike Gordon, while bidding also continues on a range of offerings from numerous artists including the String Cheese Incident and Ben Harper. One late addition is a Wakarusa VIP Pass/Dinner package which features two tickets to the festival along with plenty of associated perks as well as dinner for two at Teller’s Restaurant & Bar in Lawrence, KS. Bidding will conclude on June 1.
