RAQ will headline the Higher Ground Grand Re-opening Party which is set to take place on December 4. The club will operate at a site formerly occupied by Merrill’s Showcase Cinema in South Burlington, and eventually will feature two rooms of music, although the main space, the Ballroom, is slated to open first. Hot Tuna is scheduled to perform on Thursday December 2, the first night of music although the full-festivities are slated for Saturday night with RAQ.
