When Bad Company first extolled the virtues of rock and roll fantasy back in 1979 the group had little inkling of how this might be tied into the camping experience experience. Thankfully others have stepped to the fore, paving the way for Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp. Paul Rodgers hasn’t signed on (yet) but Roger Daltrey, David Crosby, Dickey Betts, Nils Lofgren and Bret Michaels are all on board for the event which swap coasts and take place in Los Angeles on February 17-21, 2005. Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp allows folks to hang and perform with the artists (hopefully restraining from too many versions of ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn).
