Charlie Hunter and Bobby Previte have previously announced that they will issue a series of discs as GROUNDTRUTHER with additional guest players (the first of these, Latitude, is a collaboration with Greg Osby on sax). The pair has now confirmed that next month DJ Logic will join them for four GROUNDTRUTHER dates. This trio will first perform on October 28 at the Funk Box in Baltimore and wind up on Halloween at the Tralfamadore in Buffalo.
In the interim, Hunter is gigging with his trio (they are at the Bean Scene in Chico this evening) while Logic is recording prior to some Particle dates set for next month before the GROUNDTRUTHER shows.
