More Talk About Tonight is the second disc from Slang, the project spearheaded by Dave Schools and Layng Martine III. The pair are joined by a core collection of players that includes Matt Abts, Ray Packzkowski and Knox Chandler as well as appearances from Vic Chesnutt, DJ Logic and Lori Carson for this release which is by turns intense and atmospheric. Also appearing on More Talk About Tonight is guitarist Eric McFadden, who along with Schools is a member of Stockholm Syndrome. That group has just confirmed another batch of U.S dates, beginning on September 15 at the Orpheum Theater in Flagstaff, AZ and continuing through October 10 at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, CO. The quintet will then perform two shows at the Independent in San Francisco on October 30 and 31.
