Phish manager John Paluska and Great Northeast Productions founder Dave Werlin have both issued statements regarding the situation that took place at COVENTRY. Werlin’s commentary indicates that on Friday night, Vermont public safety officials recommended that the event be cancelled, ‘but neither cancellation nor postponement of the show was an option for the band.’ Meanwhile, Paluska has announced that in addition to full refunds and free COVENTRY downloads on livephish.com, individuals who hold unripped tickets will receive a photo book created by longtime Phish photographer Danny Clinch and the group. Each copy will be signed by the band members and ‘these books are being created specifically for those of you who missed the Coventry shows and will never be sold or available in any other way. It will take a number of weeks to get these books printed, signed and shipped, but we will get them to you as quickly as we can.’
