Next week, The Slip will squeeze a special Brooklyn performance into their already busy late summer schedule. The Rhode Island trio will play a special rooftop performance at Office Ops on August 29, celebrating the positive potential of creative collaboration to transform the world during the Republican National Convention.
The Slip will perform two sets of music, alongside a smorgasbord of DJs, VJs, West African drumming ensembles, and performance artists. The evenings $10 admission fee will also include a screening of the film 1 Giant Leap.
The Slips rooftop show will take place rain or shine, from 6pm to midnight. This weekend, the trio completed a last minute two-night opening stand for the Allman Brothers.
