Sustainable Grassfest was am ambitious event slated to take place this weekend at the Kirkwood Mountain Resort in Kirkwood, California. This three day sustainable living festival projected to present keynote speakers, a variety of exhibits and music from such artists as Leftover Salmon, the Motet, Darol Anger Mike Marshall Duo, the Slip and Hot Buttered Rum String Band. However, due to a lack of funding the promoters have been forced to pull the plug on this year’s event with a pledge towards organizing it again in 2005.
