Following an acoustic appearance at Michael Franti’s 911 Power to the Peaceful Festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, String Cheese Incident will head out on its fall tour one month later. The tour opens with three shows in Austin at the Backyard and then routes through the south and up through the Midwest with a Halloween performance in Madison, Wisconsin’s Exhibit Hall at the Alliant Energy Center. Three weeks later the band will perform two post-Thanksgiving shows, on Friday November 26 and Saturday November 27 in Camden, NJ at Tweeter Waterfront. String Cheese Incident’s New Year’s Eve run will also take place in the northeast, with three New York City appearances: on December 28 and 29 at the Theater at Madison Square Garden and on the 31st at Radio City Music Hall.
