With the Leftover Salmon’s hiatus on the horizon, Drew Emmitt plans to tour steadily with his own group this fall. The Drew Emmitt Band will include his LoS bandmate Greg Garrison on bass, Matt Flinner on banjo and mandolin, and Ross Martin on guitar. The tour is scheduled to begin on September 29th and run through early December. Much of the specific gig info has yet to be announced but Emmitt’s group is confirmed for the Strictly Bluegrass Festival in San Francisco on October 2nd.
