The Blind Boys of Alabama are among the artists scheduled to perform in front of the the United Nations General Assembly next Wednesday as part of a concert aimed to raise awareness of a global Treaty for the Rights of People with Disabilities. The concert has been arranged by the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize recipient organization the Landmine Survivors Network (LSN) and is an invitation-only event. The Blind Boys audience will include UN ambassadors and other international dignitaries.
