Altantas Barry Richman and Dan Rigby sat in with Osmosis last night at Jakes Toadhouse in Decatur, GA. Richman (guitar, Barry Richman Band, formerly of Col. Bruce Hamptons Planet Zambi) and Rigby (keyboards, Escape Vehicle) emerged at the beginning of the two-hour set and remained for the duration. The set included mostly Osmosis originals such as Down To A Dollar,’ Walk Out’ and Last Goodbye. There were also covers of James Taylors Knockin Around the Zoo and Bloodkins Makes Sense to Me. For the encore, the band performed Trip to Fuji, a song written in response to a Col. Bruce interview during which he discussed his transition from Aquarium Rescue Unit to the Fiji Mariners.
