Bob Dylan collaborated with Bob Weir as well as Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers this past weekend. Last night, Dylan joined the Heartbreakers at PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ. He emerged for Knockin on Heavens Door and Baby, Please Dont Go. The previous night at the same venue, Petty and his band joined Dylan for Rainy Day Women #12 & 35, and All Along The Watchtower.
On Friday, Bob Weir sat in with Dylan at Darien Lake for Highway 61,’ ‘Postively 4th Street, ‘Honest With Me’ and ‘Summer Days,’ which also featured Dylans longtime guitar tech Tommy Morrongiello on guitar.
