Yonder Mountain String Band mandolin player Jeff Austin took the stage with The Big Wu last night at the Fox Theatre in Boulder, CO. Austin emerged midway through the second set for Oxygen, Flatiron Suite and Night They Drove All Dixie Down. Austin also returned for the encore, Im Cryin and Minnesota Moon.
The Big Wu will celebrate New Years Eve with moe. at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago and will also headline a holiday show at The Quest Club in Minneapolis on December 27. Tickets remain for both gigs.
