Deep Banana Blackout saxophonist/vocalist Hope Clayburn recently recorded with her new project, Big Black Booty. The jazz and funk quintet performs jazz and funk favorites as well as originals. A new album is expected in the spring of 2003.
Hope is currently touring with The Motet for a two-week run on the East Coast. Deep Banana returns to the road at the end of the month and plans to take a hiatus after the New Year.
