Little Feat celebrated it 25th anniversary last night by performing its 1978 live release Waiting for Columbus at George Washington Universitys Lisner Auditorium, where the album was originally recorded. An all-star cast of musicians joined the band throughout the night. The line-up included Jackson Browne, Levon Helm, Bela Fleck, Sam Bush, Warren Haynes, Jimmy Herring, Drew Emmitt, Vince Herman, Sonny Landreth, Stephen Bruton, Joe Ely, Lenny Pickett, the All Mighty Senators horn section, Ron Holloway and writer/director/actor Billy Bob Thornton, who added lead vocals to Dixie Chicken, which closed the second set.
