Zodiac Mambo has announced that it will play the final shows of its short-lived career. The group features guitarist Gary Backstrom (Jiggle), bassist Harry Bridge (original member of Jiggle the Handle), drummer Greg DeGuglielmo (Max Creek, Slipknot!) and keyboardist Mark Mercier (Max Creek). The band will perform Friday July 19 at the Arch Street Tavern in Hartford, CT and July 20 at the Berkshire Groove Summit at Butternut Basin Ski Area in Great Barrington, MA. Following the shows, Bridge plans to return to Japan.
