Trey Anastasio performed with Doctor Jones this past Saturday at a private party in Hinesburg, VT. The bands line-up features keyboardist Rob Dasaro, drummer Steve Drebber and bassist Jim Tasse, who were all members of The Joneses, a Burlington-based band that shared many gigs with Phish in the mid-80s. Trey joined the group for the entire second set, which included Doctor Jones originals Only Human, Simple Hill and Mr. Policeman as well as classic covers such as Eyes of the World and Cissy Strut -> The Way You Do the Things You Do. Regular guitarist Casey Grant was unable to attend due to a death in the family.
