Several special guests sat in with Widespread Panic Wednesday at Summerfest in Wilwaukee, WI. Guitarist George McConnell and saxophonist Randall Bramblett joined the group for the entire show. Galactics Rich Vogel (keyboards) and Theryl deClouet (vocals) performed on Just Kissed My Baby midway through the second set and drummer Stanton Moore emerged for an extended drum break.
Regular guitarist Mike Houser did not play and no official statement has been made. Brown Cat, Inc., the bands management company, would not comment on whether or not he would play tonight, when Widespread will appear at The Starlight Amphitheater in Kansas City, MO.
