NEW ORLEANS – The Slips Brad Barr and String Cheese Incidents Michael Travis performed with Global Funk Council during its Sunday morning ‘Spun Monkey Dawn Patrol’ show at the Blue Nile. Travis (percussion) joined the band in the first set for New Century Suite and Rise Up -> Groovebagg, which also featured Barr (guitar). During the second set, Travis reemerged for So Simple -> Caravan.
The concert began at 7:30 a.m. and lasted until well after 11 a.m.
