Guitarist Audley Freed will join Blue Floyd beginning March 17 at the Westbury Music Fair Theater in Westbury, NY as part of its ‘BeatleJam’ mini-tour. The current line-up features drummer Matt Abts (Govt Mule), guitarist Marc Ford (Black Crowes), keyboardist Johnny Neel (Allman Brothers) and bassist Berry Oakley Jr. (Robbie Krieger). The group will perform interpretations of songs by The Beatles, with an emphasis on improvisation. The band plays January 17 at B.B. Kings in New York City, January 18 at the Keswick Theater in Glenside, PA, January 19 at Lupos in Providence, RI, and January 20 at the Webster Theater in Hartford, CT.
