Nearly a dozen supportive musicians took the stage with Psychedelic Breakfast at Toad’s Place last night during the group’s equipment benefit. Jeff Pevar, Ben Groppe (Addison Groove Project) and Callie Katsounakis (Electric Blue and the Kozmik Truth) were among the participants at the show which raised more than $4000 for the band, which had its equipment stolen in Boston on September 13. Groppe performed on ‘Beef Barley,’ Pevar joined the group for ‘My Old School,’ ‘Whipping Post’ and ‘I know You Rider,’ and Katsounakis took the stage for the latter two songs as well. In addition, drummer Adam Tramontano’s father sat in during ‘Revolution.’
