Oysterhead has announced the opening acts for its upcoming fall tour. Bands sharing the stage with Oysterhead include North Mississippi Allstars (10/21, 10/23, 10/24, 10/26, 10/27), Drums and Tuba (10/30, 10/31, 11/02, 11/03, 11/04), The Cancer Conspiracy (11/06, 11/07), Lake Trout (11/09, 11/10, 11/11), Mark Ribot y Los Cubanos Postizos (11/13, 11/14) and New Orleans Klezmer Allstars (11/16, 11/17, 11/18). One dollar from each ticket sold for the Roseland Ballroom shows in New York City on November 13 and 14 will be donated to New York Police & Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund.
