The line-up for this years Test Fest has been announced. The one-day festival will be held July 28 from noon until midnight at the Waterline in Rio Nido, CA. Bands on the bill include Tree O Frogs, Ten Ton Chicken, Tea Leaf Green, New Monsoon, Chris Miano Project and Animal Liberation Orchestra.
