Pavement will perform at Quincy, WA’s annual Sasquatch! Music Festival this Memorial Day Weekend. The multi-day event will take place from May 29-31 at the famed Gorge Amphitheatre. The festival’s complete lineup will be announced on February 16. R.E.M., Wilco, The Flaming Lips, Kings of Leon, String Cheese Incident, Soulive, Ben Harper, Galactic, Jack Johnson Michael Franti & Spearhead and Björk are among the hundreds of bands who have performed at the festival in the nine years it has been held at the Gorge. As of press time, Pavement’s only other U.S. dates are a string of shows at New York’s Central Park in September of 2010. The seminal indie act will also curate and perform at Minehead, UK’s All Tomorrow’s Parties.
