Several Philadelphia musicians will participate in what is described as a Jam Session with Everyone’s Favorite Jewish Jam Band Friends. The performance will take place at Philadelphia’s Triumph Brewing Company from 9 PM-Midnight tonight. The Christmas Eve Jam session will feature a house band consisting of guitarist Ben Karp (Sonic Spank, MJ Project), drummer Rick Lowemberg (Brothers Past, Natural Selection), saxophonist Elliott Levin (Cecil Taylor, Odean Pope, everyone) and bassist Joshua Machiz (F!, TJ Kong, Charles Ellerbe). Special guests are expected.
