Though ALO Is taking New Year’s off, the band’s guitarist Dan Lebowitz will perform on December 31. Billed as LEBO & Friends, the guitarist will host a performance at San Francisco’s Boom Boom Room. After LEBO’s set, a late night party featuring Big Light—featuring ALO bassist Steve Adams—and the SF Gramble will take place. The latter jam session will not only feature LEBO and members of Big Light, but also many musicians in the Bay Area for New Year’s like Furthur drummer Joe Russo, members of New Mastersounds, Sean Leahy, members of Hot Buttered Rum and others. The celebration also promises champagne, balloons, party favors, hats, Bells & Whistles and “CRAZY, GOOD-TIME MUSIC!”
