Lettuce bassist Erick “Jesus” Coomes is currently spending his Wednesdays at The Mint. Coomes will perform at the Los Angeles venue with a rotating collection of players. Initially Erick’s brother Tyler will appear on drums, with Lettuce drummer Adam Deitch set to perform later in the residency. Meanwhile, Lettuce guitar player Adam “Schmeans” Smirnoff also will join in for some of the early dates. Beyond his work with Lettuce, Coomes has performed on a variety of studio sessions, including Kanye West’s “All Falls Down” and Eminem and Dr. Dre’s “Crack A Bottle.”
