The Festival International de Jazz de Montréal will celebrate its 34th year from June 28 to July 7 with Aretha Franklin, Belle & Sebastian, Wayne Shorter, She & Him and Camera Obscura, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Rhye and many more. The event will also announced a free outdoor concert series on June 4 that will feature 350 artists, two of which will be Feist and The Barr Brothers. The Montreal festival is the world’s largest jazz festival— with stalwarts like Charles Lloyd, Wynton Marsalis, John Abercrombie, and George Benson—but also takes care to curate for a variety of tastes. Tickets are on sale at a variety of locations, and the full line-up can be found here.
