Jackie Greene’s forthcoming tour will pair the sounds of his new EP The Modern Lives – Vol 2 with visual designs created by “king of indie animation” Bill Plympton.

The Modern Lives – Vol 2 will be released via Blue Rose Music on October 5 on Blue Rose Music, and the corresponding tour will stretch from Oct. 1-14, with stops in Nashville, Philadelphia, New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Greene’s new live band will back him for all five dates, consisting of Shannon Sanders as music director and keyboardist, Nathan Dale on guitar, Megan Coleman on percussion, Jon “Smoke” Lucas on drums and Ben Rubin on bass.
