Harvest Moon, a benefit concert supporting The Painted Turtle and Bridge School Foundations, will return on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The charity event will feature performances by musical guests, including Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts, who have just completed their Farm Aid appearance, which arrives on the heels of the band’s final Love Earth Tour stop. Also on the bill are acclaimed singer-songwriter Beck and alt-pop superstar Lana Del Rey.
Following tradition, the event will take place at The Painted Turtle camp in Lake Hughes, Calif.. Approximately 65 miles outside of Los Angeles proper. The occasion is designed to evoke the daytime ambiance of a festival landscape, featuring family-friendly activities, food trucks, and other offerings to enrich the experience.
All proceeds from the charity concert will support The Painted Turtle’s mission to provide children with significant medical conditions the opportunity to participate in free camp access year-round. At the same time, The Bridge School focuses its efforts on educational services for children with physical and speech disabilities.
“We’re honored to welcome Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts, Beck, and Lana Del Rey to Harvest Moon this year,” said April Tani, Executive Director of The Painted Turtle. “This gathering, where music, nature, and purpose come together, is a powerful celebration of hope and community. It’s an opportunity for all of us to support two extraordinary organizations making a real difference in children’s lives.”
Before the headliners deliver their independent sets, the marimba ensemble Masanga will provide the event’s opening display. Notably, last year’s event included Young, as well as his previous collaborator, Stephen Stills, and others, such as John Mayer and Lily Meola.
