The Disco Biscuits outlined their New Year’s Eve plans in early August, announcing a hometown return on December 30 and 31 at Philadelphia’s The Fillmore. In preparation for the event, the band has expanded their week-of plans to include two concerts on Dec. 27 and 28 at another Fillmore location, this time in Silver Spring, Md.
The group’s last-of-the-year holiday concerts will arrive after a busy push of seasonal shows, including two spooky nights at The Caverns in Pelham, Tenn., on Oct. 30 and 31. The dates above follow a heavy stream of November appearances, beginning in the country’s Southern region.
Headed North, Disco Biscuits will take their live show to venues in Pennsylvania before New York state, including two nights at Brooklyn Steel on Nov. 8 and 9 and an ensuing appearance at the newly reopened Bearville Theatre in Woodstock, N.Y. The band will carry on through the Northeast, inevitably breaking for the holiday, only to reconvene just in time for New Year’s Eve festivities.
