Strangefolk has announced the initial line-up for the 8th Annual Garden of Eden festival, which will take place August 30 31 at Crete Center Park in Plattsburgh, NY. In addition to the Folk, who will play multiple sets throughout the weekend, performers include Max Creek, Gordon Stone Trio, Dexter Grove, and Peter Prince & the Trauma Unit. ‘We are excited to welcome these bands and other special guests to this years Eden, says Strangefolk bassist Erik Glockler. It’s such a special time for us, and it’s great to be able to share it with other musicians that we know from the scene. More acts will be announced over the next couple of weeks.
Early Bird tickets are available through July 20 and include an advance copy of the Strangefolks Garden of Eden DVD, recorded at last years event. For more information, visit www.strangefolk.com.
