The impressive line-up for the second annual Austin City Limits Festival continues to grow. The event will take place September 19 21 at Zilker Park in Austin, TX. Performers include R.E.M., Los Lobos, Lucinda Williams, Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, Ween, String Cheese Incident, Galactic, Michael Franti & Spearhead, North Mississippi Allstars, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Steve Winwood, Soulive, Charlie Hunter Trio, The Polyphonic Spree, Steve Earle, Robert Earl Keen, Nickel Creek, Liz Phair, G.
