For the second time in three nights, members of the Motet took the stage with String Cheese Incident. The show took place last night at Gaillard Municipal Auditorium in Charleston, SC. Drummer Dave Watts and percussionist Scott Messersmith came out at the beginning of the second set for Search, which included an extended drum segment. Saxophonist Dominick Lalli, guitarist Mark Donovan and keyboardist Greg Raymon then stepped in for Taxman. The Motet was in town for a late-night gig at Cumberland’s in Charleston.
String Cheese plays tomorrow with The Flaming Lips at The NorVa in Norfolk, VA. This show was originally scheduled to be held at Ntelos Harbor Center, but was moved due to structural damage from Hurricane Isabel. For more dates, visit www.stringcheeseincident.com.
