Voting for the 4th Annual Jammys has begun, following the official announcement of nominees earlier today. The String Cheese Incident and Gov’t Mule received the most nominations with four apiece (both groups are nominated in the newest categories with String Cheese and the Mule both competing for Best DVD and SCI’s Untying The Not vying for Best Album Cover). Three of Gov’t Mule’s nominations (Live Performance of the Year, Live Release and DVD) came from one night of music: its Deepest End performance in New Orleans on May 3, 2003, which included more than twenty guest musicians. The show itself is scheduled for March 16 at Roseland Ballroom with ticket information to follow
